New Blog

So after months of talking about it I finally started another blog about fitness and overall well being. While I will give some workout guidelines, my main focus will be education. Explaining injuries, joint functions, muscle imbalances, and other what nots. I'll do my best to answer questions posed by readers and my clients. I plan on updating it at least once a week. So sit back and enjoy STRONG LIFE.
