Weekend Update

I know, I know, I've been lazy since I returned from Poland. At any rate here's what's going on in the world today:

Islamic militants free Milf's from a Philippines prison. No joke. About 30 gunmen broke into the Isabela City jail to free some Milfs. Milf of course stands for Moro Islamic Liberation Front. This jail apparently has a history of jail breaks. Five years ago, 53 inmates overpowered their guards using smuggled firearms and fled the prison- They might want to change their security tactics.

Houston, Texas elects an openly gay mayor. Yes, I just said: Houston, Texas, elect, and gay all in the same sentence. Annise Parker, the current city controller, won 53.6% in the run-off election, beating fellow Democrat Gene Locke, a former city attorney. Congratulations Ms. Parker you just won a $130m budget deficit!!

This just in, exercise does
not relieve period pain. Gross.
