the problem- we're leaving on the 2nd of september and returning on the 17th. the steelers opening kickoff is the 10th!!! 8:30pm on NBC.
the emergency- got to find a place to watch the game.
the problem- aside from not being able to speak polish without the aide of my wife, googling "steeler bars in poland" gets you this tag:

at any rate i am on the case. the good thing is that it's the first game of the season on NBC so that should draw some appeal to the world, the not-so-good news is that the game will start at 2:30am in poland.

enjoy your trip. Thats super cool. I loved traveling over seas for my honeymoon. In August I'm going to Ireland and Scottland. I love other countries! Enjoy, and if nothing else, you can enjoy the came via the net. I'm sure there's got to be a site somewhere out there that will re-play the game if you can't watch it while it is live.
The list of Steelers bars on the Post-Gazette don't list any in Poland. Why don't you just go to a Steelers bar in Germany for the afternoon? I'm sure that it's just down the street! :)
